We process orders within 24-48 hours. Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners (Paperfly, RedX, Pathao). Ghran Shop is not responsible for delays caused by logistics providers or unforeseen natural circumstances.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
